CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

Checkout time is 11:00 am. To keep cleaning fees affordable and ensure the unit is properly prepared for the next guest, we ask that you please complete the following tasks prior to checking out:

• DISHES: Please load and start the dishwasher. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink and please ensure the dishwasher has started.

• TRASH: Take out all trash (bathrooms and kitchen) to the large trashcan on the exterior of the house. If you leave your trash in the house, you may incur additional cleaning charges, depending on amount.

• LINENS: You may leave them where they are, we will take care of it.

• FIRE RISK: Ensure the oven, stove burners, toaster, and coffee maker, are all turned off before you leave.

• WATER RISK: Ensure no water is running, including sinks, tubs, toilets, and water hose. The only exception is the dishwasher.

• LOG OUT: Log out of personal accounts on the TV.

• TURN OFF: Turn off all the lights except the living room lamp.

• LOCKS: Lock all exterior doors before checkout.

• MESSAGE: Please send us a message letting us know you have checked out.

Later, you will be asked to write a review. We always appreciate your kind words in the public review. There is also a private feedback section where you can give us any of your ideas for improvement. We do read them and try our best to implement as many ideas as possible!
