HOUSE RULES

NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises.
NO PETS IN THE HOUSE. No friend’s pets. No cute looking strays. 
You are welcome to adjust the A/C or heater temperature during your stay. However, please do not lower the A/C below 69F, or raise the heater above 75F. You will risk freezing up the unit.
Do not exceed the number of guests in your reservation, unless approved by the Host.
Any locked cabinet or closets are for Owner Storage and are not to be tampered with.
All linens are to remain at the house.
DO NOT take any household items off of the premises.
Please lock all doors when leaving the house.
